I am trying to squeeze in a few more outside water days before it gets too cold...
Dallin and I filled up the pool and put it underneath our slide. That is some serious fun.

I told my friend Brooke to drop off her kids so they could get in on the action..........

She wasn't expecting to see this..

Ya, Dallin shot her right in the face. She had make-up on-ready to go..

Note to Dallin: girls don't like to get shot in the face by a high pressure water gun right before they are going somewhere..

She sought revenge.

Me: umm...cause your so cute, I want to take a picture of you.

Dallin: [puzzled look on his face]

and then BAM! Shot by the super soaker... Didn't even see it comin'

10 months...

ago today, I had this beautiful baby..

He's growing so fast..

He does this new thing with his tounge when he's trying really hard to do something. [This time, he was trying to grab my camera]

He is such a happy, smiley, giggly baby. I love my Jaceroo.

Happy Happy Birthday

to the man of the house. Happy 27 Dallin! We love you so much for many obvious reasons but one in particular because you take us to Lagoon. :) And we know how much you LOOOVe Lagoon with all the long lines, crowds of people, occassional whining and 110* weather...

But this Lagoon trip had none of that! We hoped right on almost every ride, enjoyed weather in the 70's (in August!) and even had pleasant kids the WHOLE time!.. It was wonderful. To top if off, we got free lunch from the company Dallin works for. It's crazy how many ice creams/popsicles you'll eat when their free. I think we both had four. Haha

Brooke and I decided to take the kids bowling Friday night. We had a fun and hectic time! At one point there was four bowling balls rolling down the lane. I just looked around and said, "Where are their parents?!"

Half way through our game, I had to make Jace a bottle and then realized after a minute that Bentley was gone. He kept sneaking off to the arcade games that were just a few yards away so when I went over there to get him, he wasn't there! Needless to say, I was panicked. The only other place I could think to look was the bathroom because I took him in there when we first arrived to go potty. I opened the door and yelled, "Bentley!" B: 'ya mom..I'm goin potty.' He was in there with the other women using the toilet with the stall locked and everything! He has only been in a couple public restrooms and now he thinks he's a pro! Do you know where I can buy a kid leash? Serious. I am going to be one of those moms. I can't have him getting out of my sight like that, I almost had a heart attack!

Fab Five in FINALS!!

My gorgeous and TALENTED sister-in-laws have made it into the FINALS of America's Got Talent!!!!! If anyone deserves it, they do. They are the kindest, most giving, loving and extremely dedicated girls their are! I am so lucky to have them as my sister-in-laws. I love them all as if they were my own sisters. They have always been there for me through good and bad and I can't thank them enough. Dallin and I were able to go watch them this week in Hollywood and we could not be more excited!! We both had the biggest knots in our stomach watching them. They of course NAILED it! Dallin is so proud of his five sisters. He's just wishing he would have never given up clogging!

9 mo. check up

9 months old already?!...Where does the time go? Where did the summer go?? Life is moving by all too quickly.

His stats:

head: 17.7 in - 40%
weight: 17.92 lbs - 10%
wait..what?..10%?! That doesn't sound right does it?! Doesn't this little chubbers look like he should be at LEAST in the 60%?...Ya...well..apparently, he's not-and my dr. advised I 'fatten him up' So wierd..I swear these charts are off. Way off.

p.s. Bentley is potty trained!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes he was 3 years 2 months and 2 weeks when it happened..but better late than never :)

I'm a concert go-er now..

I have only been to a couple concerts in my life..I LOVE them..but whenever we have extra money..usually our car breaks down.. lol. I'm laughing, but it's NOT funny. ANYWAYS..

Brooke has been my concert hook-up! :) A couple weeks ago, she told me she was going on a date to Kenny Chesney....I was jealously happy for her..but then-the day of the concert she calls me and says her date, Brendon has two extra EIGTH row tickets that he will just GIVE us. FOR FREE. I was sooo excited!! We actually had some other plans that night with another couple who we are good friends with, but they understood and even came and watched our kids!! It worked out perfect and we had a GREAT time. So, thank you to everyone who had a part in our wonderful, much needed alone date!!

p.s. he wore some niiice pants :)

My sister came to Utah a couple weeks ago and we had a blast! We didn't slow down for a whole week! We went to Pineview Dam..

Cabela's and the Gateway..

We splashed in the fountains and ate at Happy Sumo...

We had some backyard BBQ's and lounged around outside...

We went to Park City and hit up the Alpine Slide, Zip line, Outlets and Taggarts on the way home, where they have the most amazing food in the world.

four years and counting..

Dallin and I had our FOUR year anniversary June 24th. I really can't believe it. In some ways I feel like my life didn't even start until after I got married. I feel like I have lived as 'Dallin and me' longer than just 'me'! Wierd, I know.. I just barely watched Bride Wars and it's like the wedding planner says, "You are dead before you get married, you are dead RIGHT now, did you know that?" hahahaha.
This was taken almost 5 years ago!

I would have posted a pic from our date to Sonora Grill and Transformers 2 but I left my camera in the theatre and then I got it back and then I lost my SD card that held the pictures and now I have lost my camera charger. I should not be allowed to own a camera... or a phone for that matter, cause that's lost right now too.... I swear I would lose my head if it weren't attached. I better go make sure I know where my children are.... :)
